I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the mountains. The bathroom had great water pressure in the shower, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The surroundings were peaceful and tranquil, as the hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. Apart from the beautiful outdoor scenery, there were also lovely grounds and gardens to explore. The hotel even had a playground for kids, making it a perfect option for families. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the room and the beautiful location.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The nearby restaurant, Mi Piace, was as close as 1000 feet from the hotel. The furniture was log. Located in 1 mile from lago nahuel huapi. We greatly enjoyed service and facilities, feels like home.
Liked everything.

This hotel is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood, far from the hustle and bustle of Bariloche's city centre. the rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. the breakfast served in the small restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of cold meats, cheese, fruits, and pastries. the property also boasts stunning views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and beautiful gardens to stroll around.
The hotel's WiFi connection is poor, which might be an issue for those who need to stay connected.

We chose this resort for a romantic escape and it definitely delivered. the spacious rooms with stunning lake views were perfect for cuddling up and enjoying the scenery. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. the location was also great, just a short walk from the main town and all its attractions.
The spa and gym facilities were also not up to par, but we didn't mind too much as we were more focused on enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for a romantic getaway.

The hotel lobby was plush and welcoming and the staff was ok. The desk clerks and breakfast lady were attentive and friendly. Because of our dissatisfaction they allowed us to cancel with only paying for one night and did this promptly. This was appreciated and acknowledged (although as it should be). The gardens and play area seemed ok for families. There was good internet access and local phone service. the bedding was nicely colored and the wood in the room was cozy. The food options were fine for breakfast. We heard the restauarant was good, but never sampled it.
We had spoken with the hotel when we made our reservation. On the phone, we were assured that we would have a quiet room with a view. The only views we had were of the parking lot and the brightly lit hotel sign on an Extremely noisy street. The spa seemed less than sanitary in some locations like the massage and steam rooms. In fact the steam rooms were not hot and lacked much steam. The sauna was not hot either, and the 2 jacuzzis were not working AT ALL. The massage rooms looked more like prison cells. the gardens were not lush and breakfast was in a basement with chairs covered in sheets and no artwork to make it inviting. The room was too hot, but we were able to adjust this. All in all the decriptions on the internet were far superior to what the reality is. The hotel is much farther from town and up a very long hill than was indicated. Although called a resort-spa, it was not of the class management portrays it or would admit to.

The room was dirt. When i asked to clean it, the staff blamed the vulcano. Last time i checked, volcanos dont leave hair in the tub.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a tranquil residential neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The shower had great pressure, and the hotel facilities, including both outdoor and indoor pools, were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially Laura at reception who went above and beyond to assist us with a problem we had with our bus tickets. The location was perfect, not right in the busy part of town but still conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Spent New Year's with my family in a charming inn with an amazing view of the lake. Loved the nicely-decorated rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, and close to the main road. The staff were friendly and always helpful in giving recommendations for activities to do in the area. enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety of fresh foods.
Although the inn was generally well-maintained, we encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow and unreliable at times. The gym and spa facilities could use an upgrade and proper maintenance to ensure a better experience for guests.
